Introduction:

The Church House Inn had for many years a very high reputation in the hands of the Robinson family (no relation to Robinson's brewery). They sold the pub to Enterprise Inns who allowed it to run down. It was then rescued from closure by a consortium of committed residents who built the business back up and won two Community Pub awards for their efforts. They have now sold the franchise back to the Robinsons who are taking this excellent pub from strength to strength!

The Church House can be found in Church Street. From the canal aqueduct in the middle of Bollington (Palmerston Street) head along the main street in an easterly direction (through the traffic lights past the War Memorial garden). After passing a variety of shops and houses you will arrive at a roundabout (almost half a mile). Church Street is on your right and the Church House is 50 metres on the left on the corner of Chapel Street.
